    1. What is IBTM Arabia?

    IBTM Arabia is a dynamic three-day invitation only event, an inbound MENA MICE platform where Global Hosted Buyers will have the exclusive opportunity to meet with leading MENA MICE industry suppliers, resulting in an all-important one-to-one ratio.

    The event will deliver three days of inspirational education and keynotes, pre-scheduled business appointments, endless networking opportunities and unlimited business.

     

    2. When and where will the next IBTM Arabia next take place?

    25th March – 27th March 2019 at the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

     

    3. What is a Hosted Buyer?

    A Hosted Buyer is a senior decision maker responsible for organizing meetings and events across the globe. Hosted Buyers come from a range of different sectors all with a common goal in mind, to search for new suppliers who can create better business results for their organization.

     

    4. What type of buyer will I meet at IBTM Arabia and which regions are these Hosted Buyers from?

    IBTM Arabia will have Hosted Buyers from Corporates, Agencies and Associations, these buyers are from feeder markets into the Middle East and North African MICE Markets.

    5. How does the appointment system work?

    It’s based on a mutual match making system, where both the exhibitor and buyers have the opportunity to select who they wish to see.

     

    6. Can I access the list of buyers and make appointments with them?

    Due to data protection, we are unable to provide a list of buyers. Once you have confirmed your participation, you are, however able to search for buyers according to region, company name and product via our Supplier and Buyer Zone.

     

    7. Can I cancel an appointment with a buyer? 

    Yes, we have provided an option to cancel your meetings.

     

    8. What else can I do prior to the show to encourage buyers to book appointments with me and promote my presence? 

    Confirm your participation as early as possible, ensure your profile is 100% complete and request meetings during our self-scheduled appointments.

     

    9. How do I book a table top for IBTM Arabia?
