Palace of Peace and Reconciliation was designed by the British architect Norman Foster.The Pyramid was constructed to host the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions. It includes a 1,300-seat opera house, a national museum of culture, a library and a research center for Kazakhstan's ethnic and geographical groups.
